Woodland Suite

The Lynnhurst offers several private meeting spaces as well as a large function suite -  the Woodland Suite, with a capacity of up to 200 maximum in various layout styles. Perfect for meetings, dinners and corporate events. This room also has it's own entrance and a bar in the room. 

Weavers Suite

Our front facing Weavers Suite is our more spacious suite with traditional Victorian features, sashing case windows and detailed, lush finishes. A fantastic room for private meetings, conferencing or those more intimate, private meetings, interviews, board meetings or private dining. Max 30 capacity. 

Walton Suite

This smaller, more intimate suite is filled with natural daylight and is great for meetings, small presentations or suitable for a private lunch or corporate dinner. Our cocktail lounge and bar area are adjacent to this suite which makes it perfect for breakout periods. Max 16 boardroom only. 

Brookfield Suite

Located on the Ground floor with direct access rear parking area and own private bar. Maximum capacity 60 people (with dance floor) and 70 people (without the dance floor) – access to gardens and private patio. Private and accessible, ideal for smaller private meetings, training days, team building and corporate parties.

Outdoor Events 

Our stunning gardens are also ideal for building events, break out meetings, or host a drinks reception for your delegates to socialise and build networks while enjoying some time in our relaxed garden setting.

For your larger events, our four function suits can be transformed into the ideal venue for your team building events Glasgow. With spacious modern rooms, fully adaptable table configurations and a private bar.
